About My Practice

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Financial Social Worker, providing online therapy in New York, New Mexico, and Florida. I work with adults of all ages, including older adults, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals with disabilities or who are neurodivergent, and those in diverse relationships.

I believe you are the expert on your own life and experiences. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to serve as a guide—helping you navigate challenges, explore possibilities, and move toward solutions that feel right for you. My practice is a space where you are truly heard, with no agenda but your own.

In our work together, you can expect to feel relief, acceptance, and respect for who you are. My goal is to help you build the confidence and skills to navigate life’s obstacles—no matter what comes your way.
