Individuals evaluated for forensic purposes are not eligible for ongoing clinical treatment with Dr. Schwartz, and past patients cannot receive forensic assessments. This policy ensures strict ethical boundaries and impartiality.

  Each forensic evaluation includes actionable recommendations and referrals, supporting clients and legal teams in identifying appropriate next steps for treatment or support.
