What Sessions Are Like
I believe that patients are the experts on themselves and their own lives and lived experiences. My goal is to act as a guide, to help you navigate around and through problems and barriers, and to help you explore all of your options, not tell you what you ought or ought not to do. My belief is that my office (virtual that it is) is a place to be heard, with no agenda but yours.
Sessions are structured, you’ll never feel the awkward pressure of staring at a therapist who’s looking at you blankly waiting for you to say something. This isn’t Freud’s couch.
Sessions typically last from 45 to 50 minutes and all sessions start on the hour. How frequently we meet is determined by you.

Making Therapy Accessible & Affordable
As a member of the OpenPath Therapy Collective I believe in making therapy as affordable and as accessible as possible. To that end there are two sliding scales that are guidelines to your session costs.
For those who meet the criteria to join the OpenPath Therapy Collective (a one-time payment of — for a lifetime of access to therapists across fields and modalities at affordable rates) the sliding scales is $40-80.00 a session for individuals, couples, and families. For those whose income or means exceeds OpenPath’s criteria, sessions are on a sliding scale of $80.00-$125.00.
The Linda & Hope Harle-Mould Compassion Fund
For those who are struggling where $40.00 is better spent on food or taking care of housing or family needs, the Revs. Linda & Hope Harle-Mould Compassion Fund provides two sessions a month for up to one-year. The Linda & Hope Harle-Mould Compassion Fund is open to both new and current patients based upon need and availability. Please speak with Dr. Schwartz if you are in need of assistance.
